For the simple reason that my private sector employer wouldn't be very pleased for all our clients to be aware of my political views - they think that it might colour their decisions. My contract also prevents me from expressing a public opinion on areas of relevance to my work without prior clearance - and I am not particularly keen to enter into an argument as to what is relevant or not.
Not that would be a problem for you as a LibDem who is used to being all things to all men.
PS I'm not at work at present - so I'm not stealing from my employer.

Another waste of space. Why do you silly NuLabour people bother to continue with these pseudonyms?
As Chris Paul - that famous Labour blogger - always says to people that "troll" his site "why don't you tell us who you are"?
I should know - I've trolled him several hundred times and he still won't get the message!
And I'm a LibDem!

You have an employer ? Fuck me, this is truly a land of opportunity.
Great blog... Now I see why you feel able to criticise other bloggers.
